In order to enhance the communication and cooperation between members of the project team, and improve innovation ability, we held an interesting self-made marshmallow activity in addition to the intense and busy work. Through making desserts by hand, we can relax and experience the joy of success.
At the event site, everyone actively participated in every step from raw material preparation to operating the machine, which was full of fun. Especially when they saw a ball of white and soft cotton candy come out of the machine, everyone felt very excited and satisfied.
This activity not only improved our hands-on ability and teamwork spirit, but also made everyone understand the importance of scientific experiments - only by accurately controlling temperature and time can we produce a perfect product. I believe that such an experience will be helpful for future research work!
